2018 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir

Kalita Vineyard is a LIVE Certified vineyard nestled in a Southern facing bowl with steep slopes at 400 to 800 feet in elevation.  The ancient Willakenzie sedimentary soils are well-drained and rich, leading to low vigor and early ripening fruit with tremendous balance and grace. 

Our Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir is elegant yet bold and spicy.  Notes of cocoa, black cherry and pomegranate are apparent on the nose, with a delicate touch of earthiness and spice on the palate. Firm, structured tannins elevate the bright, fresh acidity on the finish and offer a truly balanced wine.
