2022 Seabreeze Vineyard

This special wine hails from the Seabreeze Estate in the Van Duzer Corridor. Planted in 1987, these are mature vines that produce truly complex and age-worthy wines. The fruit for this offering was harvested from a block with marine sedimentary soil and an afternoon ocean breeze, lending itself to an elegant and juicy Pinot Noir. Our first single vineyard bottling from Seabreeze is blended exclusively from two blocks of clone 943 at the top of the vineyard. With characteristically small clusters and tiny berries, 943 tends to have structured tannins that build midpalate, elevating this Van Duzer Corridor wine.
